The Restraining Order: While on a walk with Todd, Sam runs into an ex-boyfriend and learns he has a restraining order against her. After some reflection, she believes that her constant need for attention is the result of a poor relationship with her dad and becomes determined to make things right.

the episode just finished airing on the west coast and i loved it. past shows have been very laugh out loud funny but it was nice to have a little change of pace tonight and see sam try and connect with her dad. the ending scenes with the both of them were great.

Jennifer Esposito’s character is quickly becoming my favorite on this show.

It was cute at the end when Sam’s dad remembered her favorite ice cream.
